And for goodness sake, you don't need to be the best to get the best in anything. Many people has a mentality of trying to get the best idea, or the greatest knowledge or the perfect skill before you begin your race to success.  Excuse me, there's no ladder with just a single step. There's no small knowledge; there's no little idea; there's no insignificant opinion.  Work with whatever you have and make sure you pour your best into it. Have you ever been in that wonderful Dream land where everything seems within your reach with only a little or no efforts?  Have you thought of achieving results without doing anything? Don't mistake Beards for maturity. Don't mistake Puberty signs as maturity. Maturity is not defined by those things. Please listen to me on this. Everyone desires and quest for some level of respect, influence and authority.  We're mostly delighted by the sounds of Joy,  by the ecstasy of victory and by the achievement of enviable results. We love everything perfect even if we are far from perfect. We prefer to be Loved.  We prefer to be Rich. We prefer to be the ONE. We prefer to be at the top. You know what happens to you when you sleep and have a very nice dream? Say, you dreamt and saw yourself driving a Porsche car. Or Imagine yourself standing on top of your three-storied Mansion in a hilly environ, where you can view the glamour of the earth as far as your eyes can capture. Or an imaginary honeymoon with your soulmate in Paris. Such experiences are wonderful, ain't they?  The excitement travels from your subconscious self into your physical body. You get up and recall the memory and become excited all by yourself but very angry that you woke up from it. You'd wish it doesn't end. ... For a period of time, I used to hate myself whenever I see people's achievements similar to my Dreams. I so much wanted to be successful that I want to cut as much time as possible to get it. The funny thing is that  90% of those I compare myself and results with are people older than I by far.. But nevertheless I wanted to get those results. It got to a point I couldn't even see any reason to go to school anymore. I felt like leaving school and focus on work to get these results quick. I visit my vision board frequently and analyse the routes to my dreams. I had too many things on my mind and so many goals to get. I was literally obsessed with results that I don't even check my age. GRATITUDE A small boy saw a toy Car and then went ahead to inform his Dad about it. "Dad, I saw a nice little Car with multiple colors like that of a rainbow at the toy shop down the street. I saw it on my way home from school today and I really Love it. Would you buy one for me, please?" Dad stooped down and grabbed his waist, "Offcourse my boy. I'll do anything for you." Meanwhile, Dad doesn't plan to. The boy was very excited by his Dad's response.  That night, before going to bed, he went to his Dad's room to say Goodnight. When he got there, he thanked him for promising to buy him the toy.  The next morning, when Dad was about to prepare him for school, he said: "Thanks Dad for the toy car." Dad smiled at him but surprised. He wondered why he said that, he had not bought it for him yet. He repeated the same when he came back from school and before the went to bed that night. Wooing a lady these days seems to be very easy, but during the days of my grandfather, getting a girl's attention is like trying to pound a corn on a table. You need to see the various techniques and methodologies these guys learned to get the lady to even atleast notice them, but the pain and efforts is worth it after he eventually win her over. This is a true prize won by paying a Price. Here the bride-price he pays is nothing compared to the labor he went through and emotional turmoil he had to endure for several months (some for years). The Prize. Many times we prefer to calculate the fastest way to achieve a result and we fail to realize that, beyond the beauty of the result there are other things that makes it worth celebrating. In the beginning, God Created everything. There's a real repercussion for every decision we make, for every choice we make, and whatever it is, it has a  real impact not only on our lives, but also everything around us. It always seems very easy to make a decision, to take an action, to undergo a project; It always seems not to be a big deal to make a choice to improve ourselves and to achieve desirable results. We most times make decisions innocently and with the best intentions, but it doesn't always turn out well for us. Many times we wish we didn't make those decisions or were a little more patient before doing it. It's okay, but the guilt and remorse doesn't change anything except helping us to be wiser next time. I often imagine why many people ignore what will give them joy and security but decide to opt for what will make them restless and broken. Then I thought.. 'INFLUENCE'. The media has a way of persuading you to engage in tasks that wouldn't benefit your life, atmost it will give you a momentary glare of pleasure. So you can see someone make a particular pose on the Internet and you spend the rest of your day rehearsing how to make it pleasurable for you, only to realize you've wasted both your time and strength, because you'll eventually find out that it's reasonless. However, if and when we see a recommendation that show us the path to the life we imagined and Dream of, we most times reject or ignore because they often don't seem like it, they don't resemble the paths we've captured in our memories for that feat. Any procedures that doesn't guarantee us an instant result is not worth our time, we all want everything easy and readily available at ...

If your influence doesn't start from your environment, then you're not truly Influential. If your value doesn't begin from your neighborhood, then you are not so valuable. If people around you doesn't see your importance, it means you have less value than you proud yourself to have. A life of responsibility is what I preach always. I believe if everyone takes it upon themselves to correct the wrongs around us, then we will have only few anomalies in the world. We've been taught to let things be. There's an irreplaceable and undeniable connection between our PAST, PRESENT & FUTURE. You're who/what you're today because of your past decisions, actions and efforts, and who you'll be tomorrow is a function of how you invest today. Have you ever felt any pressure of bringing something to the table? Perhaps an idea, a solution, a significant suggestion. Have you ever had the urge to deliver result, to come up with an idea? We live today amongst different associations, companies and families, within these groups. There are always going to be decisions to be made, needful suggestions about methodologies, about ways of enhancement of one thing or the other; and usually there are people that are most dependent on to deliver these solutions. So some members of the team are phlegmatic to doing same, they feel no urge, no pressure to deliver solutions and are mostly Okay with it. Your Vision is that which you see yourself achieving. Its the possibilities you have been able to capture in your mind and hence work tirelessly to achieve. Without Vision, you're not sure what you're doing or what you ought to do, you'll keep guessing your way into many things. The scopes of life is not understand without vision, and the essence of living is not property decoded when it's lost. Now I'm very careful to use the word impossible, but its practically not likely for you to get to where you can't see physically. You have to understand how God walks with you . Its very important for us to understand times and seasons. There are different seasons in a year, different times of the day, different occurrences in life. What works out well in one season might not be same in another. It rained for a season, It might be dry in the next. Things are gloomy now for you, what if it diminishes later? I know you probably don't wanna hear that, but let me tell you; remember Job? That righteous Wealthy Man in the Bible? Yea, he was a Man who was prepared for any season. He owned everything he ever wanted, but was not carried away by them. He understands times and seasons.
