               Body, Mind, Life

One moment you're happy, one moment you're sad; one moment you're excited, one moment you're frustrated; one moment you're full of life, one moment you're soaked in weariness; one moment you're alive one moment you're engulfed in depression; - all this are phenomenons that fills the pages of our experiences.

Daily we all move around with different thoughts in our mind, different expressions on our faces, different plans for our lives, different images in our head, different motives for our actions; - these are the things that adds to the structure of our lives. The way we engage with our mind and body is what structures and composes the experiences of our lives.

We can't do without thinking, how would we decide; we can't do without planning, how would we do things in orderliness; we can't do without relationships, how would we interact; - these things makes up our physical and psychological experiences.

Our minds in some ways fuels energy to our body, and controls our passion; our body helps us takes actions and demonstrate the passion and has an undeniable impact on our lives.

Success starts from the mind, your mindset predicts your experiences; but a weak body can't perform the functions the mind is fuelling passion for and a poor and ineffective mind, even with a strong body produces a lifelong of confusion plus depression.

Consistency, endurance, perseverance, faith, confidence - all starts from your mind. If you believe you can succeed, then you're half way to succeeding, you just need to couple it with work. Effort plus faith births success.

Our lives are full of experiences, good, bad; but we can create the life we want by first fueling [with our Mind] our body with the strength it needs to help us achieve success.
