Have you ever felt any pressure of bringing something to the table? Perhaps an idea, a solution, a significant suggestion. Have you ever had the urge to deliver result, to come up with an idea? We live today amongst different associations, companies and families, within these groups. There are always going to be decisions to be made, needful suggestions about methodologies, about ways of enhancement of one thing or the other; and usually there are people that are most dependent on to deliver these solutions. So some members of the team are phlegmatic to doing same, they feel no urge, no pressure to deliver solutions and are mostly Okay with it. If nobody has ever given you a responsibility in your team, don't you think you should give yourself one? You see a pressing need in your team and you feel no drive at all to proffer a solution to it? And you're okay with that? Your Vision is that which you see yourself achieving. Its the possibilities you have been able to capture in your mind and hence work tirelessly to achieve. Without Vision, you're not sure what you're doing or what you ought to do, you'll keep guessing your way into many things. The scopes of life is not understand without vision, and the essence of living is not property decoded when it's lost. Now I'm very careful to use the word impossible, but its practically not likely for you to get to where you can't see physically. This is the same with our mind, you cannot get results higher and greater than what has been captured in your mind.
